State Marketing Guidelines

In all instances of advertising in the state of Alabama, an advertisement must prominently include:

◈ Approved company name is simpliHŌM, the logo by itself is not acceptable
◈ Company name must appear prominently in all advertisements
◈ The Agentʼs name, as it reads on their simpliHOM estate license.
◈ simpliHOM logo (simpliHOM logo must be the same size or larger than the agent or team logo)
◈ At least one phone number. Agents number shall sufficePhysical address is not mandatory, but if used, it must be the main office address.
