State Marketing Guidelines

In all instances of advertising in the state of Florida, an advertisement must include:

◈ State BrokerageName: simpliHOM
◈ Agent name
◈ simpliHOM name must be the same size or larger than the agent or team name
◈ All advertising which includes theAgent’s name, their last name must be as it is registered with the state
◈ Logo alone is not permitted.Must include simpliHOM

Team advertising
◈ “Team or group advertisingˮ shallmean a name or logo used by one or more simpliHOM Agents who representthemselves to the public as a team or group. The team or group must performlicensed activities underthe supervision of the same broker or brokerage.

◈ Each team or group shall file with the state and Broker adesignated licensee to be responsible for ensuring that the advertising is incompliance with chapter 475, Florida Statutes, and division 61J2, FloridaAdministrative Code.

◈ Team or group names. real estate team or group names mayinclude the word “teamˮ or “groupˮ as part of the name. Team or group names shall not include the followingwords: Agency, Associates, Brokerage, Brokers, Company, Corporation, Corp.,Inc., LLC, LP, LLP or Partnership, Properties, Property or Real Estate, Realtyor similar words suggesting the team or group is a separate real estatebrokerage or company. This rule applies to all advertising.

◈ In advertisements containingthe team or group name, the team or group name shall not be in largerprint than the name of the registered brokerage. All advertising must be in a manner in which reasonable persons wouldknow they are dealing with a team or group.

◈ simpliHOMʼs logo must be the same size or larger than the team logo.
