State Marketing Guidelines

In all instances of advertising in the state of Kentucky, an advertisement must include:

◈ Firm Name: simpliHOM - Firm name must be larger than theteam or agent name and/or logo
◈ Agent name: Name must be the same as registered with (or formerly approved by) the Kentucky real estate commission
o More than one licensee, whether a team, group, other business arrangement, or real estate brokerage company, may collectively use an alternate or assumed name for advertising with the written approval of the state broker and filing KREC form 202.
◈ Advertising includes but is not limited to social media, websites, print marketing, signage, etc. A web ad or social media ad must show simpliHOM without the need for a consumer to click ad. Each page on a website is considered its own ad.
