State Marketing Guidelines

In all instances of advertising in the state of Texas, an advertisement must include:

◈ State Brokerage Name: simpliHOM
◈ Must be clearly identified with prominence in any advertisement
◈ Brokerage name must appear slightly LARGER than the Agent's name, logo, or team name.
◈ Agent's license number
○ License number must include the prefix which denotes salesperson (S), Broker Sales person (BS) or Broker (B)
◈ Agent's phone number
◈ simpliHOMʼs logo
◈ Social Media - The brokerage name is required to be displayed in each post related to real estate. When advertising on the internet, each internet “page" should be considered a distinct advertisement and should comply with all advertising laws.
◈ Brokerage name must be clearly identified if a team name is listed.
◈ Team or group must be composed of more than one licensee, all members of the team must be employed by the same broker, the name of the team or group must consist of the name and license # of at least one of the members of the team or group.
◈ Office address is not required, but if used must be the address that is on your license. Agents are not permitted to conduct any real estate business out of any office other than what is on their license.
